No power to motor or lights, checked plug and fuse...

No power to motor or lights, checked plug and fuses. Completely un-operational. Think its a problem with the circuit board.

0 Got the manual, if anything need a service manual, In fact the fault finding part of the standard users manual is useless. As in this case there are no lights being the issue,yet this is not covered in the diagnostics check list. Thank you
