my ml850-gb motorlift has started to fail to open door or indeed sometimes to close.if left a while after failing it sometimes goes up on its own after a period of time.none of the remotes work,big white button wont work and neither will keyless entry.orange light on motor unit flashes constantly.HELP PLEASE.
