My garage door was not staying closed (kept reversing upon closing it). There were no obstructions and I adjusted the "down" travel some, but it didn't help. Now it seems that the inner trolley is caught on the rail very close to the garage door and the outer trolley can't even reach it to connect. How can I move the inner trolley back towards the opener unit to engage with the outer/manual pull trolley?
