my garage door has problems at times starts to close then stops and flicks lights,i reset light and hold button in inside garage it closes,has no problems opening ,although it sometimes wont let you use the manual opening using the code outside on the wall.Buddy of mine told me to clean elect eyes,no help.Also changed batterys in both remotes.thank you
