My Chamberlain 8100m has become balky on closing. Sometimes it works correctly, other times it closes part way, then reverses and flashes. It may move anywhere from a few inches to almost closed before reversing. I know it's not a binding door, because the unit behaves the same with the door disconnected from the carrier. I've checked the safety sensors and tried adjusting the down force, with no improvement.
