My opener was made 07/1994. The controllers won't stay programmed, and they're new. They work for a couple of weeks then have to be re-programmed. When I try to close the door it goes crazy, Whether the motion detectors are hooked up or not. I never had a garage door opener that did anything without the motion detectors working. Can anyone help me with this problem or should I just buy a new one? Thanks in advance, Jim
