Have a remote access outside of garage door, plus 2 hand held remotes and a main access inside of garage. When I follow instructions on the unit the remotes open the door but when I press the button to close, the lights blink and the unit clicks and doesn't close the door. The only way I can close the door is to input the code or use the main button in the garage (this only works after the unit stops clicking and lights stop blinking
