We can't find our owner's manual. Every time I search for it online, I get zero search results. The model number includes either an "O" or a "zero" in it. The serial number for it is #30281101269. It was manufactured on 07/22/08. The door opener is one-half horsepower. The door opener just stopped working after only a month or several weeks after it was installed by my brother-in-law's employee from his company.
