garage door opens correctly. However, will not close unless you double click the wall switch. Units act as if something is in the way of the sensors. Problem started after lightning storm passed overhead. I have replaced the mother board, the rotational sensor. In order to troubleshoot I disconnected the wall sensors but still had the identical problem. Any ideas?
