Question About Vermont Casting Indoor Fireplace UV36RN
severe odor problem!...

We recently moved into a 10 year old house with a UVC36 vent free fireplace. When we start the fireplace there is a severe odor that burns your eyes and makes it hard to breathe. It smells up the whole house. What is the problem?
