I have a Pyromaster unvented gas fireplace model UVHB20RN the pilot stays lit, but when I turn the knob on the burners don't come on, can someone give me some answers please

0 I have the same model and problem. I just checked the thermopile and I am only getting 10 mV. The manual says minimum is 325mV. so I guess I need to replace the thermopile, how that helps.
