I have a Model: VCEF26 electric fireplace in my RV...

I have a Model: VCEF26 electric fireplace in my RV. The fan is noisy as hell. Where can I get an installation manual or booklet for this fireplace? I would like to take it all out, clean it and install a new fan. I have the owners manual but it is not clear. Can you help me. Thanks Ziggy
