Question About Vermont Casting Indoor Fireplace 43LDVR
hello, there are 2 louvers on the top of my 43LDVR...

hello, there are 2 louvers on the top of my 43LDVR gas fireplace. How do I keep them open to let more heat out? There were 2 pieces of insulation under each louver with 5 circular holes for a total of 10 holes across the top of the unit. the louvers wont stay open when i attach the decorative louvres.
