The pilot light ignites but when I turn the knob to light the fireplace,I don't hear any gas coming through. My gas tank is full. Do I need to replace the unit that has the knob on it? Sometimes the knob is hard to turn.If so do you sell replacement parts or is there something else I can try first? What is the price? Thanks for any help you can give me. Russ Long
