Question About Carrier Thermostat 9609900201
my digital readout is messed up. the numbers look...

my digital readout is messed up. the numbers look like they are readying celcius or a messed up Fahrenheit. I also couldn't turn the unit off. It's been blowing hot air all night. (this is my business and generally we turn off the heat at night). How can I reset it?
