There's frost on my Carrier 38TR outdoor heat pump...

There's frost on my Carrier 38TR outdoor heat pump. How can I fix it? I found a manual for the 38YRA model, but not the 38YR. The manual had set up instructions, but I need troubleshooting instructions. Please advise at yackinb@yahoo.com Thank you.
