I bought a new heat pump in MAY 2012 AND i AM HAV...

I bought a new heat pump in MAY 2012 AND i AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT, It will turn on 3 seconds later it turns off it will do this 8 to 10 times in a row. I was not giving the book (schematics) to have it repaired otherwise I am returning the whole unit, and buying something else
