Hi, I am having trouble starting a Carrier oil furnace, model 390can048085acbe. The thermostat is working and the air is moving but there is no heat. I pressed the red button on the Honeywell controller and expected to hear a pop and ignition but nothing happened. Any direction you can provide is appreciated. Regards, Tim
