Question About Carrier Furnace model # cd5bxa036000aaaa
heating issue...

The furnace I have at home has been an issue since last week. Whenever I turn it on, I can see the flames coming out from those four valves for 3 minutes then it shuts down itself. Could you please help? Thank you so much. - Sue 12-21-2012
