Power Supply to Condensor Shorted Out...

Need manual to review Malfunction Code Displayed. Unit installed Sept. '05. HVAC ductwork not completed & unit not put into service until June 2006. "10 yr parts & service warranty". Unit stopped working 7/4/10 - Holiday Weekend cannot reach repariman.
