our alpha carrier AC can be switch ON, but after a few minutes it will shut off and I cant"t turn it On again using the remote. what could possibly be the problem? I haven't called someone to check on it yet, I'm hoping you can help me. Thank you. ..I'm not sure if the model number is 38BRC, all I'm sure is, its Alpha carrier
