Question About Carrier Air Conditioner 38DXA165913 Heat pump
My ducted Carrier 3 phase air con (Model 38DXA1659...

My ducted Carrier 3 phase air con (Model 38DXA165913) will not run on heating .The compressor will not run or the outdoor fan .Can the H/p sensor or L/P sensor be at fault (open circuit )or loss of charge (gas) or even maybe the outdoor unit P.C.board. Please help!
