my Carrier split system air conditioner P3/P4 series wall unit will not respond to the remote. The remote seems normal and remote display in normal but the wall unit will not respond. I can start the wall unit using the emergency switch on the unit, but it still wont respond to the remote. I have tried changing the batteries in the remote.
