Hello, I've x3 of the same type Carrier air-con units here in my Egypt villa and I'm trying to get them to give me heat, without success. Can you advise if this unit is 'heat and air-con' or is it just 'air-con'? All remote controls feature heat as an option, but I'm not getting heat from any of the units as I write this.
