Question About Carrier Air Conditioner 38CKC036 Air
fan problem...

The fan on the condenser outside is not turning I can put my hand on the top and it's warm to hot. If I use a stick I can spin the fan and it will spin for three to five minute and slows down and stops. I wondering if i get a new fan replace it will it take care of the problem?
