Question About Carrier Air Conditioner 25HPA524H310
carrier model # 25HPA524H310 fan wont run on cool....

carrier model # 25HPA524H310 fan wont run on cool. Why? Air blows out of vents inside but it is not cold, it does this even when the unit fan outside is off. How do I get the outside fan to come on and blow cold air???
