Air conditioning is not working. When you turn the thermostat to cool I can hear the air handler kick on but outside compressor does not turn on. I hear a humming noise outside. I turned the breaker off for AC and humming stopped. Is there a reset button for the compressor? If so where is it? What other issue might it be?
