fire wont ignite...

pilot light ignites but main gas flow will not start and pilot goes out when I relase handle

3 I had a look at one of these today - check the microswitch on the gas tap assembly (especially look for a poor connection of the spade connectors from the thermocouple to the microswitch) and also the thermocouple itself. All mine needed was the spade connectors to the microswitch removing and replacing to make a good contact. Enjoy the manuals by the way!
