i have a problem, my boilers pressure release valv...

i have a problem, my boilers pressure release valve went off and i have to pull the valve. so i did but every 30 min it keeps going off and i'm afraid that something happened. can you please help[ me i have been up for 7 hours (11-6 A.M) and i have to keep hitting the release valve HHEELLPPP!!!
