I have a Burnham Series 2 Gas Boiler and 2 Honeywe...

I have a Burnham Series 2 Gas Boiler and 2 Honeywell thermostats which both are working , registers downstairs are heating but water baseboards upstairs are not heating . I released air from registers and pipes. What else can I do ?
