I have a Burnham boiler, MegaSteam MST396 and when...

I have a Burnham boiler, MegaSteam MST396 and when it was installed they set it up for hot water and we don't get our hot water from the boiler. It keeps coming on to heat water we are not using. Is there a way to disconnect this function or at least turn the temperature down on the water so it does keep coming on?
