THE THERMOSTAT DOES NOT SENSE THE ROOM TEMPERATURE UNTIL AFTER I MANUALLY INCREASE THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE ABOVE THE STATE ROOM TEMP-THEN THE ACTUAL TEMP. STARTS FALLING ON THE THERMOSTAT. AND IS ACCURATE.

0 Our thermostat does kick on the heat by itself but I have basically no clue how it can tell the room temp. I push it to set for 72ish but the thermostat never moves off of 80*, So i have no clue what I'm setting it for?
