got a bryant thermostste model#TSTATBBNB00. When i turn on heat the air dosnt seem to be as hot as should be. i am use to a regular cent.HVAC unit this is a heat pump set up. Even if you put hand 1" from vent it dosent seem much warmer than ambient Temp. i got a double unit one for upstairs and one for down but they are not on same thermostate same problem upstairs also the house and unit approx.2yrs old. and also the TEMP.reads about 8 to 9 deg. higher than actual temp.

0 when heater cuts on it sounds like there is water runing inside the wall its a heat pump set up. i am hearing it up stairs in daughters room and the unit is located on same side as her room but it is on the ground level and the noise is up on the second floor and also when the heater cuts off it sounds like it is leaking down around were the lines tie in to the unit...........i also sent a request subject was heater dosent seem to get hot enough may help
