my thermastat automatically switches to a different temperature as if on "auto control" morning and night. How can I get it off automatically setting the temperature?

0 the previous owner did not leave the manual for the thermastat so I don't know how to get it off automatically switching the temperature. George Baker gbaker68@tampabay.rr.com
