Question About Bryant Heat Pump None
furnace filter...

I have a 5 year old bryant heat pump in a rental house that I own. I recently discovered that there is no filter in the furnace in the basement but all the intake vents have a filter. There are 7 intake vents in the house. Should there be a filter in the furnace in the basement?.
