How to turn it on. It has an on/off switch on the ...

How to turn it on. It has an on/off switch on the left side of heater with a switch for the blower on the other side. I'm assuming we just turn on switches to get it started as I don't see a pilot light as in a gas heater. I'm just wanting confirmation on this. We have already changed the filter. Thanks.
