We have a CLM 1200W installed on a external swimming pool circulation system. The tubes are being punctured and welding is being applied whenever needed to close the holes. What we see is a clean tube from inside but the outer surface of the tubes shows acuumulation of a layer similar to the rust or rust itself. Please advise on the cause and what can be the remedy without changing the tubes
