0 Hope you have a manual. Either your feed dogs are down or your bobbin is balled up with thread. I have not seen your machine, usually the "feed dogs" are the 2 metal ziggity zag looking things under the presser foot. they feed the fabric. Some types of embroidery you put the feed dogs down, like for free form quilting. Just find your feed dog button.
