Where do I adjust the tension on the thread spool ...

Where do I adjust the tension on the thread spool and also on the bobbin. I'm trying to sew organdy, and what worked fine for plain cotton, leaves a loose loopy stitch especially on the bobbin. Can you help me please? Dorothy Miller < Thank you so much!
