Question About Brother Sewing Machine XL-2600
thread tension...

out of the clear-blue sky something happened to the tension on my machine. one minute it's sewing like a dream and the next minute the thread tension hanged. i can't locate my manual and need help. the thread on the bottom is loose and comes up freely to the top. help!
