Question About Brother Sewing Machine vx-1120
lost and confused......

my grandmother yelled at me for hand sewing everything... so she gave me her machine since she can't use it anymore... i've never used a sewing machine before... i am so lost as to where to begin doing anything... and i can't find instructions anywhere... can anyone help?? please??
