I'm sewing along and hear a clunk noise then the machine froze. I stopped retreaded the machine including the bobbin. I retrieved the bobbin thread and brought it through to the needle thread. I then inserted my sewing piece lowered the needle then presser foot . The machine froze up again and bobbin thread was not feeding. Torn it down cleaned it and still have the problem. Now what do I do?
