Question About BRK electronic Smoke Alarm S
BRK Model 86RACE...

My alarm refuses to stop sounding. Battery is new. When mains power is plugged in all is well until the unit is placed on the base plate and turned to locate and lock it in place. Gasket is in position. I have no user manual.
