Question About Bradford-White Corp Water Heater wk2125322
warm water...

w/ in the last two weeks, my water heater has not produced hat water-- (hot for a couple of mins. then turns warn and cold fast---- looked at the tremp. gage---its ok---looked at pilot light, looks okay-- did notice my pressure valve (water is slowly leaking out of it) could this be my problem?
