It's not heating water. I can't find a reset button (or any other setting buttons) to try before calling for a repairman. Please advise.

5 The reset buttons are located underneath the Thermostat protective covers. Take a flat head screwdriver and remove the metal panels (carefully), remove the insulation and there you will see the plastic covers... remove those by pulling up on the arrows. Underneath are the red reset buttons. Good luck!

0 I've had to reset mine 2x in the past week. There is voltage to the elements. Friend thinks I need a new upper thermostat. Does that make sense? And where do I get one?
