Leaving for two weeks and was informed that I need to turn the water heater off so that the pipes don't freeze and burst due to it being winter. How do I turn off the water heater? Do I just flip the breaker to it? Also Do I need to drain the water heater and everything else that holds water such as the toilet? The model number is M250S6DS5 serial number CC7531805. There are currently no issues with the product. I am just looking for assistance in preventing possible problems from arising.
