Guest called breaker tripped, had guest reset brea...

Guest called breaker tripped, had guest reset breaker, tank heated, but next day breaker was okay, but no hot water. Found overload tripped. Reset overload and adjusted temperature down a bit on upper and lower elements. Next guest no hot water, found overtemp tripped again. Replace? Element issue? Overtemp sensor issue?
