Electric power went off in my neighborhood last night for several hours. This morning, I have no hot water. I removed both panels on water heater and adjusted heat hotter, & pressed the red reset button. Also turned circuit breaker off and on. Still no hot water. My water heater Model MI40L6Ds13 is 13 years old
