Bradford-White Hot Water Heater Model MI50310FBN, installed about 1 yr ago. the thermostat which has a blinking LED: the LED on the thermostat should blink once, pause three seconds, blink once again, etc. That's what it's doing. But the water is not getting very hot and it is not kicking on to keep the water hot. It only kicks on when water is flowing after several mins.
