Question About Bradford-White Corp Water Heater MI40T
Bradford Gas Water Heater #M140T6FBN7...

The brass drain valve is slowly dripping. Does this valve have a gasket that needs to be replaced in time? If so, do I have to drain the tank in order to fix the problem?
